Lately, I have been asked a lot of questions on foot strength by younger dancers. Everyone knows that to start pointe, you must have strong feet. Don’t worry about it too much, if you don’t have strong feet that’s OK! Just because you don’t have strong feet now, doesn’t mean that you will never have strong feet! As long as you are working hard, a little everyday goes a long way. Although you may not realize it, you are improving and getting a little better everyday!
