Practice, Practice, Practice

I can’t believe that the Youth American Grand Prix is next weekend! We have all been working VERY hard at the studio preparing ourselves for this competition. Yesterday was one of the busiest days that I have had in a long time, spending 8+ hours at the studio in variation practice, 3 classes, stretching, and rehearsals. It has been an overloaded week for all of us, here in the daytime program, because we are all trying to balance our time at the studio with schoolwork and everything else that needs to get done. I have to add, that not only is it tiring, but it is truly rewarding and inspiring to look back on your day and see how many thing you have accomplished. Today, we have in-costume rehearsals and will be rehearsing our variations in our costumes to make sure that everything fits and works well with the dances. The good news=I will only be at the studio for 5 hours today. 😉  Lol. Have a ‘dancerific’ Saturday!

  1. You both look beautiful in your costumes. All that hard work will pay off. Just remember there are never any losers. You either WIN or you LEARN for next time
