It’s guilty confessions time! Many of you have been waiting on this post since you voted in January’s blog post poll, so I am super excited to finally release it. This is where I confess four shameful things that I am guilty for and hope that you don’t judge me too harshly… Here we go!
1: I have typed wrong my entire life.
I actually didn’t even realize this until about two months ago when my mom pointed it out. My left hand was typing fine, but my right index finger was literally stretching to hit every letter on the other side of the keyboard. I am currently trying to break this habit after years of incorrect typing, and it is definitely not an easy task.
2: I have a childish fear of needles.
This is painful to admit, but I am absolutely terrified of needles. Even sitting in a doctor’s office makes my body tremble, and I have cried several tears (even as a teenager) because of this childish fear.
3: I am a really bad nail biter.
I have been guilty of this for years, but it is actually much better than it use to be! Honestly, I use to bite my nails until they would bleed, so I am definitely making progress.
4: I gave my friend her birthday gift three months late.
Yes, this actually happened. I got the gift on time, but I kept leaving it at my house whenever we would see each other. I felt so bad, but I finally got the gift to her three months late.
What are you are guilty for? Can you relate to any of these things?
Photo credits: Thank you, Grandma Gayle, for capturing this awesome in-between moment when I was least expecting it.
When we confess to ourselves about our everyday guilty moments, we are better able to move forward. When I cheat in a small way in sticking to my healthy lifestyle, I remind myself to get back on my horse and do a better job tomorrow.

That is so true, and I completely agree. We learn from our past mistakes to become a better person in the future, and everyday is a new day to keep progressing. 🙂 Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this!

I hate needles too. 😬 I get so nervous every time I have to get a shot / IV lol. Also I just gave my friend her birthday present two months late. I relate to you, girl 😂

Needles are no fun at all, and that is so cool that you can relate to the late birthday gift!

I am so glad that you enjoyed this post, and I am happy to hear that I am not alone with typing my own way. It is driving me crazy now too because I am hyper-aware of my hand placement, and I am so much slower.

I only type with my first three fingers, but I type insanely fast, lol. Ugh, needles, I can relate!

That is so relieving to know that I am not the only one! I use to be able to type super fast too before I started trying to figure out the “standard” way. The only reason that I am relearning is because of the potential arthritis problems that could happen in the future from the awkward motion of my wrist. I definitely don’t want that! 🙂

Pretty sure I type completely wrong too 😁 on my phone I only use my thumb on my left hand and my index finger on my right 🤷♀️

That’s funny because I use to do the same exact thing when I would text on my phone. I clearly had major typing issues because I typed wrong on pretty much every device, haha. 🙂
