Why you should stop asking why: Part I

Things happen all the time in life that we can’t quite understand, and we are always questioning… “Why did this happen? Why can’t things be easier? Why me?”

Why… It is that one word that we always seem to mutter whenever something doesn’t go our way, and its existence floods our minds with even more questions that don’t always have immediate answers. No matter what the situation is, this process only makes us more frustrated as we question our lives more intently and sometimes even our purpose.

The reality is, once you stop fighting the situation and actually accept things as they are, you will be so much happier. I say this all the time, and I will say it again: everything happens for a reason. Whether you see it now, a week from now, or even months into the future, one day, you will look back and be grateful for all those roadblocks. Everything that is happening now is simply paving the way for your future, so embrace it knowing that there really is a reason.

Why.
