“Maybe you have to know the darkness before you can appreciate the light.”
In late December, I did a photo shoot with the incredible photographer, Richard Jean- Louis. It was such a fun experience, and I am glad that I am able to share more of this shoot with all of you. If you like this, be sure to check out my previous post Standards.

What if… What if…
I am constantly asking myself what if…
WHAT IF, I stop asking what if?
I would stop drowning in worry, thoughts of uncertainty, and I would have the confidence to follow my heart. What if…
“I was born to make mistakes, not to fake perfection.”
Why do we spend so much time obsessing about mistakes and being afraid of failure? We place so much unnecessary pressure on ourselves to do things perfectly all the time that we ruin experiences that could be filled with so much joy and happiness. There is never going to be a moment that we are completely flawless, and it is unrealistic to expect ourselves to be. It is important to do the best in everything we can (school, work, dance, life), but we shouldn’t beat ourselves up about every little mistake. Enjoy being YOURSELF. Enjoy Life. Enjoy these fleeting moments, because they don’t last forever. Goodnight everyone. 🙂
“A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset. When you wake up, take a second to think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive & healthy. The moment we start acting like life is a blessing, I assure you it will start to feel like one.”
Wishing you all a fantastic Wednesday! 🙂
