These past few weeks have sent my brain swirling in many different directions, but none were even slightly related to blogging. I have been trying to get ready for school to begin, spend time with out-of-state family, brainstorm for a novel that I might consider writing soon, and study for my drivers license. Did I mention reading the Harry Potter series until my eyes hurt? In the end, I just want to recognize the fact that I have been so distant and apologize for my lack of support. I love blogging, and I absolutely love reading all of your posts. I haven’t forgotten about you, and I will definitely try to be better in the weeks ahead.

the person who helps me when I fall
the person whose lap I use to crawl
the person who has supported me every since I was small
the person who has been there through it all
I am so incredibly thankful to have you in my life. You mean more to me than I could ever put into words, and you have a very special place in my heart. I love you so much…
I know that it is a bit late, but I still wanted to wish all of those mothers out there (especially mine) a HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
This weekend, we took our final bow for the 2017-18 season, and it was a very bittersweet moment… This season was filled with so many incredible opportunities that I never imagined I would ever receive, and it is crazy to think that it is already over.
Heartwarming memories from my very first principal role from Snow Queen overwhelmed me…
The 4 Little Swan choreography from Swan Lake washed over me…
Flashbacks from Canary Fairy in Sleeping Beauty made my feet start fluttering…
I remembered how proud I was to see my very own choreography about HOUR LIVES take that stage…
I recalled wearing the bubbly head pieces from a mixed rep show…
Dancing as a poppy in the Wizard of Oz was an experience that I will never forget…
Thank you to all of my followers and supporters who have been there for me through it all! It was a great year. 🙂
Knowing that someone is always there to catch you when you fall is assuring as life is filled with unpredictable roads and cliffs. With one wrong slip, you find yourself descending into a canyon of empty thoughts. When you finally reach the bottom, you realize that you are trapped, and you ask yourself what steps you should take to begin the climb. You stand there. Motionless. Suddenly, you are offered a helping hand… Together, you reach the top of the mountain. Together, you overcome all of life’s problems… all because of a friend...
Feeling thankful today for the
really great people
in my life who
encourage me to defeat the
negative thoughts that somehow
discover the way into my head. With the
support of true friends, positivity always prevails!
I never thought that I would enjoy performing this variation. Canary Fairy had always been one of least favorite classical ballet variations, and I never imagined myself performing it in front of hundreds of people. Surprisingly, I adored portraying this vibrant character, and I was upset when I took the final bow. My costume was glowing… My gold crown was shining…
This was such a wonderful Tribute to my yellow Daisy Bird, and I had a lovely time as the Canary Fairy in this weekend’s production of The Sleeping Beauty.
I am shocked to announce that all of the performances have finally come to a close. After spending over 12 hours in the theater yesterday, we were able to whirl through two separate ballets in one weekend. Each show definitely had its own challenges, but I think that is one of the most exciting things about performing live (you never know what you are going to get!) I am so proud of ALL of the casts, because they were all absolutely stunning. This was a fantastic weekend, and I am so fortunate to have been blessed with the opportunities that I had been given. Have a great week! 🙂
I know that this post is a little late, but…
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
I am beyond thankful for all of my followers and viewers who supported me throughout this past year! You have no idea how much it means to me to have so many people constantly supporting and encouraging me to reach my goals. I especially want to thank Maggie, Purple Rays, hell0chloe, Paul Militaru, and the lovely Natalie Scarberry for the numerous likes and comments during 2017.
I hope that you all have an outstanding new year!

The feeling you get when everyone is watching you is unbelievable…
The feeling you get when you guide the audience through your adventure on an icy tale is indescribable.
The feeling you get when you take a bow as the principle dancer is absolutely incredible,
but the feeling you get when that curtain goes down for the very last time is beyond words.
I don’t even have words that come close to expressing how awesome it felt to dance Gerda. Ever since I was a little girl, it was my dream to land a leading role in a ballet, but I never thought that this dream would come true when it did. Through it all, my friends are the real reason that I was able to pull off a great weekend. From the second the cast list came out to my final bow, they were all there cheering me on… They gave me the strength and confidence that I never thought I had. This experience was better than I had ever imagined, and I will never forget Snow Queen 2017.
